Scanning and Archiving
Documents can added to the Hyperwave Document Management System using any compatible scanner or multifunction (print/copy/scan) device. Scanned documents are sent to Hyperwave DMS where they can be given attributes, automatically forwarded or archived.

Creating Document Online
Documents can easily be created and distributed online. They then can be accessed from any computer or smart phone anywhere where internet access is available.
The built-in editor provides many common word processing functions like paragraphs, headings and templates, as well as creating tables and importing images.
Desktop Integration
Microsoft Explorer™ Integration
The Hyperwave Document Management System is fully integrated into Windows Explorer™. Employees who are familiar with managing files on their local system will feel right at home accessing files stored on Hyperwave DMS.
Adding large quantities of documents can be easily done with drag-and-drop. Typical operations such as copying, moving or editing attributes are similar to those done locally and therefore do not require any additional training. This means productive document management from day one.
