Bringing relevant people and relevant information together - regardless of time or place
Munich • August 1, 2006 NewHyperG AG a leading provider of Collaborative Information Management (CIM) has launched the new and improved version 3.0 of the Hyperwave eConferencing Suite (eCS). The new release further increases efficiency in the execution of virtual meetings.
An advantage of eCS version 3.0 is the integration of existing video conference systems (H.323 and H.320) and the simple embedding into the Windows environment. This means that enterprises can establish a common platform for Collaboration. Special attention was paid to the usability: including the complete revision of the user interface and the integration of a Wizard, which supports the user’s audio and video equipment. The introduction of webconferencing within organizations becomes even more simple for users. Discussions, 1:1 telephone calls, remote meetings, desktop and application sharing etc. - with colleagues or external partners, anywhere in the world – is easily achieved. Without complicated installations and firewall issues, any amount of users can participate live in presentations, meetings, online-trainings etc. The real value of online sessions becomes clear once the content is captured, stored and made accessible for later reference. Hyperwave eConferencing Suite supports the storage of sessions and assures that users, that were unable to attend a meeting, can get a reproduction of the entire conference at a later point in time.
In current times there is a growing necessity for virtual co-operation to increase tight budgets and product cycles. Distributed teams must be able to work independently at any time and at any location but still fast and efficiently. The eConferencing Suite extends Hyperwave’s proven Collaborative information management platform with real time Collaboration functions and brings relevant persons together at the correct time. With the functionality allowing any meetings to be recorded and stored in a knowledge data base, this also enables valuable organizational knowledge to be created and received.
