NewHyperG GmbH becomes Hyperwave Information Management GmbH
Munich • November 27, 2006 With effect to 21th November 2006 the NewHyperG GmbH arises under the new company name Hyperwave Information Management GmbH in Germany. The new name considers the historical background and stands at the same time for the strategic reorientation of the enterprise.
As leading provider of Collaborative Information Management solutions, Hyperwave extended its since over one decade successfully introduced Enterprise Content Management platform by solutions for real-time Collaboration and eLearning. Enterprises find this unique approach world-wide only with Hyperwave.
The renaming also symbolizes the clear goals of the enterprise. The name change in Hyperwave Information Management GmbH takes place in a successful period, which is characterized by internal expansion as well as product and solution novelties. With new management team and reinforcement of the selling crew Hyperwave were led within a short time on a stable growth course. Besides with Release 4 of the Hyperwave Collaborative Information Management platform IS/6 and the new version eConferencing Suite 3.0 Hyperwave made technologically a giant step into the future.
