Hyperwave Labs - Test Software-as-a-Service Web Content Management Software
Munich • April 2, 2008 Hyperwave is now offering its Web Content Management software via an online hosting service at no cost to registered users. In the new Hyperwave Labs Program, customers and partners can familiarise themselves with and test the advantages of Hyperwave’s WCM software without having to install any software.
Our Hyperwave Web Content Management software provides a solution that enables enterprises – and even their various departmental employees – to generate web content quickly and easily.
Through our free Hyperwave Labs Program, we are offering our Web Content Management software for the first time as a Software-as-a-Service through our Competence Centre. This program makes it very easy for customers and partners alike to get to know and test out the software. Peter Luttenberger, Director of Product Management at Hyperwave
Registration for the free Hyperwave Labs Program is available online at labs.hyperwave.com.
Hyperwave Labs: A free introduction to professional WCM software
Web-hosted Hyperwave Web Content Management software allows registered users to produce small websites, whether for individual teams within your business or for other registered users. Web content can be edited or produced with a few mouse clicks, without prior time-consuming installation of editing software, ActiveX components or Java applications. In the development of its WCM software, Hyperwave has particularly focused on user friendliness and interface design so that users can immediately begin to work productively, without any prior knowledge.
This service is provided at no cost through the new Hyperwave Labs Program. Businesses can convince themselves of the advantages of professional WCM software all on their own. With this initiative, Hyperwave has strengthened its focus on the customer, since user feedback flows directly into product development.
Upon customer request: WCM software with extended blogging functionality
Hyperwave’s series of WCM software expansions demonstrate how well the integration of customer feedback actually works. The distribution and interaction of blogs have been expanded: all blogs now automatically produce RSS feeds, which can be read with a feed reader. Authors decide which parts of the blog can be seen by everyone and which parts can only be accessed by registered readers. As of now, logged-in readers also have the ability to leave comments on the blog.
Through our Hyperwave Labs Program, users exercise a direct influence over the future functionality of our Web Content Management software, allowing us to address the needs of our customers even better than before. We are going to start implementing the first results of this program this year. For example, we are planning to integrate Wikis, new and additional templates, as well as enhanced RSS functionality.
