A further advantage: All of the channels used in an Appswave Conferencing session can be recorded and the entire meeting can be archived as a compact file for later use. Users benefit from an unlimited number of sessions and unlimited network use. Appswave Conferencing also provides a guest account for every five registered users, which can be used for changing participants. Additional guest accounts can also be licensed.
