Hyperwave HMS - New software solution for effective hospital administration

Munich • September 8, 2008 Hyperwave is presenting its new software application for effective hospital administration – Hyperwave HMS (Health Management Solution) – for the very first time at DMS EXPO from 9th to 11th September 2008 (Stand C60/B61). All the main administrative processes such as information flow, mail routing and error management are available as an out-of-the-box solution and ready for use in just a few minutes. The acceleration and efficient targeting of processes it brings permit a significant reduction in administrative costs.

Hyperwave HMS (Health Management Solution), the new solution for hospitals, was developed by Hyperwave in cooperation with customers from the health sector. The software solution is ready for use in just a few minutes and benefits from automatic updates to keep it at the most recent level at all times. This efficient solution, which complies with the most exacting quality requirements, unites all the main hospital administrative processes such as mail routing, error management and information flow. The intuitive user interface facilitates rapid start-up without the need for operator training.

HMS PostlaufExperience shows that the seamless integration of e-mail and paper mail in the mail routing process achieves a time saving of up to 50% in mail handling operations. Because there is no need for record archives, it is also possible to reduce the storage space required for archiving by up to 100%. The integrated, easy-to-use indexing system ensures automatic archiving and guarantees that search results are complete and comprehensive. Information and documents are retrieved in just a few seconds. It also makes it easier to organize and prepare the contents of regular meetings and track the decisions resulting from them. Built-in automated mechanisms such as deputization rules and resubmission on expired deadlines guarantee on-time processing.
