Hyperwave Selects Beyond.com as Reseller Partner of Choice for
Government Markets
Beyond.com Provides Hyperwave With GSA Approved Schedule for
Its Knowledge Management Offerings

Hyperwave Information Management, Inc. and Beyond.com (Nasdaq:BYND)
today announced a partnership under which Beyond.com's Government
Systems Group will resell Hyperwave's knowledge management solutions
to the federal government.
The agreement strengthens Hyperwave's presence in federal markets
by providing Hyperwave with a GSA-approved schedule for its Hyperwave
Information Server, Hyperwave eKnowledge Portal products and future
product offerings. It also provides Beyond.com with superior knowledge
management offerings for its customers.
Hyperwave Information Server delivers a powerful platform for developing
intranet and extranet knowledge-sharing applications. It provides
such unique features as bi-directional link integrity, granular
security, document/content management, collaborative tools, an open
API, and universal access from browsers and desktops. Hyperwave eKnowledge Portal (HIP) is an out-of-the-box corporate portal solution.
Built on the Hyperwave Information Server infrastructure, it offers
both aggregation and collaboration. HIP give users easy access to
internal and external resources, including unstructured, structured
and groupware content on one or many servers.

Beyond.com's Government Systems Group provides digital distribution
of software and related services to a growing list of United States
government agencies, including the Bureau of Engraving and Printing
(BEP), Defense Logistics Agency (DLA), Department of Defense (DoD),
Internal Revenue Service (IRS), Office of Thrift Supervision (OTS),
National Imagery and Mapping Agency (NIMA) and Patent and Trademark
Office (PTO). Additionally, Beyond.com's General Service Administration
(GSA) custom online store allows government employees to purchase
software.
